SHC hosts ‘Carers in Herts’ Carers Hub

SHC continues to work with Carers in Herts to host the ‘Carers Hub’ for the Dacorum area.

The group has now been with SHC for nearly 10 years and has continued to offer much needed support to local carers over that time.

The Carers Hub meets on a monthly basis (the 2nd Weds of each month) and offers a safe place to share experiences and provide support to Carers in the local community.
