SHC host the ‘Better Health Bus’ and Health Clinic at the Centre

South Hill Centre, in connection with the Dacorum Healthy Hub, have welcomed the NHS to undertake basic health checks through both an on-site bus and on-site clinics throughout 2026.

Appointments were both pre-booked and taken through drop ins to the Hemel Hempstead Employability and Wellbeing hub. Individuals received blood pressure checks and completed a basic health questionnaire and received advice and support where needed.

SHC’s manager, Jeremy Keeley, stated ‘these sessions provide an invaluable service to our clients, many of whom do not visit their doctor on a regular basis and need the reassurance and advice being offered’
